Assess and Harden Your F5 Estate

Most F5 estates are inherited: several TMOS versions, configurations written by people who have moved on, monitors nobody trusts and devices that missed a security advisory or two. An assessment gives you an honest picture of what you are running and a prioritised plan to fix it.

What an assessment covers

• Platform health – CPU, memory and disk trends, hardware and power-supply errors, licence and certificate expiry, and iHealth analysis of qkviews and core files.
• Configuration quality – unused objects, duplicated profiles, persistence and monitor mismatches, SSL profile hygiene (TLS 1.3, cipher strings, OCSP stapling) and adherence to F5 and JustADC best practices.
• Security exposure – TMOS and F5OS versions against current F5 security advisories, management-plane exposure, administrative roles and remote authentication, and iControl REST and SSH access.
• High availability – failover and config-sync state, connection mirroring, and whether a real failover has ever been tested.
• Lifecycle – end-of-software-development and end-of-support dates for each platform and release, and the upgrade or replacement decisions they force.
• Automation readiness – how much of the configuration could be expressed declaratively today, and what stands in the way.

What you receive

A JustADC Estate Assessment Report with findings ranked by risk, the remediation for each, a patch and upgrade calendar, and a roadmap for the platforms that need replacing – with the option to have us execute it through ADC On Demand or a fixed-fee engagement.
